To ensure the best wash and dry results, as well as to prevent any damage to your clothes or the machines, please follow these simple laundry best practices.

1. Don’t wash or dry your clothes in a mesh laundry bag

Load your clothes directly into the drum. Using mesh laundry bags won’t wash or dry your clothes efficiently, as they prevent water or air from circulating through the load. Additionally, they don’t allow for a good distribution of the load weight, which can damage the machines.

2. Don’t slam the doors shut

Please close the door gently to prevent damage to the machines and to keep them from going out of service for other users.

3. Don’t overload the machines

For the best wash and dry results, make sure to load the drum up to ¾ full. Overloading the machine will prevent your clothes from being washed or dried properly and may cause damage. It can also damage the machines and lead to drain blockages.

4. Don’t leave foreign objects in the drum or in your pockets

Check the drum for foreign objects such as coins or keys before loading the machines, and remember to empty your pockets to avoid damage to your clothes or the machine.

Following these simple laundry rules will ensure you benefit from the best laundry results and keep the launderettes in top condition.
