Refund – paid by mobile device

⚠️ To avoid delays, make sure you select the correct form. Submitting the incorrect form will lead to your claim being denied. The last 4 digits required for us to process a refund are different whether you paid using your physical debit or credit card or Google/Apple Pay. If you used a physical bank card, please submit the card refund form. ⚠️

Open ‘Settings’
Scroll down to find and select ‘Wallet & Apple Pay’
Once open, click on your payment card
Scroll to the card information section
The last 4 digits of your ‘Apple Pay’ device number is visible below this section.

Open the Google Pay app
Tap Payment
Choose a Payment card
Scroll down to the bottom to find the ‘Virtual Account Number’ (only last 4 digits are visible)

Last 4 digits of your device account number (If you paid using a physical bank card, please submit the Paid by card refund form)
